Meet Tracy Koval, Office Manager
Tracy came to us in June of 2016 to help fill Hope’s shoes as she goes part time. Tracy brings 32 years of medical office experience as the former office manager of a multi specialty group and also works on a part-time basis as a Patient Service Rep at a local urgent care center.
When not working, Tracy likes to spend time with her family. She has two boys, one that has left the nest, living and working in Philadelphia and one that is deciding which path to take while spending his summer working his 5th year at Hershey Park.
Tracy’s favorite part of working in a medical practice is the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by helping them navigate through the maze of healthcare.
“I am honored to be a part of this dynamic team at Burick Center for Health and Wellness!
Meet Hope Gregor, Patient Coordinator
Hope has recently decided to decrease her hours a bit and is now working on a part-time basis at the Burick Center. As a Patient Coordinator she is sharing duties at the check-out desk with Doris. Hope loves making people feel at home and relaxed and still has a big smile for everyone as they finish their visit.
Hope has B.S.B.A in Accounting, enjoys spending time with her dog, listening to audible books, and taking tap dancing lessons. She has on her bucket list to visit South America which will be the fifth continent she has visited.
Interacting with patients who are happy to be part of the practice is one of the pleasures of her job. “Our patients find our environment so relaxing and healing,” she shares. In addition to appreciating the environment, she enjoys being part of such a caring, friendly team.
Meet Doris Durf, Patient Coordinator
The professionalism of the Burick Center and my co-workers make it a great place to work. It is nice to interact with patients and know they appreciate the extra step we take in helping with their health care. My position is to check-out the patients after their visits with Dr. Burick and help the nurses when there is a need for it.
I am a Medical Assistant, with a 2 year degree in the medical arts: Thompson Institute & Harrisburg Area Community College.
In keeping healthy, Preventive Care visits are important for your overall everyday health. You know your body better than anyone, don’t be afraid to ask questions when you have an appointment.
I am married and we have one daughter and two grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, reading, swimming, cooking and love animals.
Meet Robin Guido, Registered Nurse
Harrisburg Area Community College – Associate Degree in Specialized Nursing CPR, ACLS
My nursing philosophy first and foremost, is to be a patient advocate. By utilizing clear communication, on-going education, critical thinking, innovation, and creativity, I hope to find the best path for each individual patient to better their outcomes and overall wellness. As a nurse, it is important to me to provide the highest quality nursing care possible, while simultaneously providing a respectful and holistic healing environment. To me nursing is about compassion and trying to understand human beings on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level while being committed to life-long learning to better myself and my overall nursing knowledge.
I am married to my wonderful hubby Mike and we have three adult children. Mike and I love to travel, and I love to take photographs, read and bake in my spare time.
I love working at the Burick center for two reasons:
I have time to talk to, educate and help patients with issues that most other nurses would not have time to do.
I learn something new every day (usually from Dr. Burick) that makes me a better nurse and a better person.

Meet Sherry Wilbert, Check-out
I became a patient of Dr. Burick when her individual practice first opened over 15 years ago. During that time my life has taken many twists and turns, but one constant is that I have stayed a patient of the best doctor in Harrisburg and, in my retirement years, have the privilege of being a staff member. Coming to work means I will spend a day working with close friends, helping the doctor however I can, and assisting and chatting with patients who are all part of our Burick Family. My decision to come out of retirement to work at The Burick Center was one of my best ever!
I’ve been married 25 years, have two daughters, a son who is deceased, 6 grandchildren and 6 furry feline friends. My husband and I volunteer for an animal rescue organization which explains the 6 cats, are very active in Living Water Community Church, and travel often. I am a Certified Home Stager and enjoy helping people make their house a warm home.
Meet Cindy Mostoller, Registered Nurse
York College of PA
I joined the Burick Center in March 2015. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that this is a place where I want to work. I received a genuine friendly welcome once inside the door. That really impressed me because you don’t find that too often in the workplace. The Burick Center had such a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My nursing philosophy is patient care. It is one of the first things you learn about in nursing school. I believe it is important to take the time to listen and show compassion to your patients. They will remember that and will have faith and trust in your nursing knowledge. Overall, they will have a good experience while in your care.
Dr. Burick is a prime example of providing compassionate care. It is my goal to share that passion with every patient that comes through the door.
Personally,I am married and have 2 kids and a dog. I enjoy reading, volunteering at my church, and watching my kids sporting events.
