At Burick Center for Health & Wellness, you’re a VIP. Dr. Burick believes each of her patients deserves privileged care. That’s why we’re committed to serving both men and women with comprehensive and customized care.

You join the practice to see Dr. Burick and that is who you will see. No exceptions. You will receive personal and individualized medical care delivered solely by Dr. Burick. This practice does not use the services of physician extenders such as nurse practitioners or physician assistants. In this practice, your doctor is truly your doctor. This ensures continuity of care and enhances the quality of your care.

With Dr. Burick, it’s like having a physician in your family. Dr. Burick’s established relationships and reputation within the medical community have enabled her to develop a list of participating physician subspecialists to whom a referral or consultation can be obtained in a more timely manner than you would normally receive. This will assist in expediting care and limiting scheduling delays when you need specialty or follow-up care.

Burick Center for Health & Wellness believes in coordinating comprehensive care for patients. Dr. Burick has a list of medical services such as physical therapy, visiting nurses, etc. that are also available for immediate referrals to engage in prompt outpatient therapies and treatments.

Dr. Burick is on the leading-edge of maintaining medical records. A state-of-the-art electronic health record system offers you many benefits.
• Provides direct e-mail access to your medical records/results via a secure clinical portal. You will receive a special password to access the records.
• Enables direct e-mail access to Dr. Burick and her staff for questions and concerns.
• Allows direct pharmacy e-mail for prescriptions to save time and limit unnecessary delays in prescription completion.

You’ll also have access to services to help improve your general health and wellness. For example, we offer in-house referral to nutritional counseling and have a massage therapist who will come to your home and address areas of concern as directed by Dr. Burick.

These services are being provided by individuals or companies that share our commitment to wellness and seek to help our patients integrate changes to improve their overall wellbeing. The Center has special services for men. These services include the availability of an in-house urologic consultation for men’s exams and men’s health issues by a male physician if desired.

Dr. Burick provides comprehensive GYN care for female patients. This includes pap smears, breast exams, mammography prescriptions and personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy for the treatment of peri- and post-menopausal issues. In fact, in conjunction with a local pharmacy, Dr. Burick offers custom-formulated HRT prescriptions based on your specific needs. Many female patients use Dr. Burick for their routine gynecological needs.
