About Dr. Theresa Burick, DO, FACP

Theresa Burick, DO, FACP has spent her medical career providing an exceptional level of attention and service to patients. She opened the Burick Center for Health & Wellness in 2008 to provide personalized care and serve as her patients’ advocate. Over the years, she has grown the practice to include a comprehensive offering of health and wellness services. Dr. Burick’s established relationships and reputation within the medical community – both locally and nationally – allow her to facilitate access when her patients need a specialist for follow-up care. With Dr. Burick, you will never be alone on your health care journey.

Dr. Burick received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993. She completed her internship at University General Hospital and her residency at Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Burick is a board-certified fellow in the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Burick has received numerous awards and distinctions, including Harrisburg Magazine’s Simply the Best Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Burick is married to Physician Executive/Chief Medical Officer of Post Acute Medical, Adam Burick. They enjoy traveling, reading and walking.

About Dr. Julianne Rich, MD

Julianne Rich, MD joined the Burick Center for Health & Wellness because she truly believes every patient should be given an opportunity to develop a long-lasting relationship with their physician. She is committed to gaining full insight into the physical and emotional issues affecting each of her patients so she can develop a personalized plan for their health and wellness. Her passion is her patients.

Dr. Rich received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2006. She completed clinical rotations in London, England during medical school. She completed her residency at Pinnacle Health, where she also served as chief resident during her last year. In addition to numerous awards during residency, she was also awarded Pinnacle Health’s Loucas C. Tzanis MD – Memorial Award for Excellence in Medicine.

Prior to joining the Burick Center for Health & Wellness, she was the medical director for Kline Health Center at Pinnacle Health. This was a wonderful experience in both patient care and clinical management. During this time in 2015, she was awarded the Pinnacle Health Physician Recognition Award for Clinical Quality.

Dr. Rich has two young boys who keep her very busy and entertained. She and her husband enjoy spending time with friends and family. She is an avid reader and loves traveling.

About Dr. Michael Siciliano, M.D., D.C.

Michael Siciliano, M.D., D.C. joins the Burick Center for Health & Wellness on April 1, 2022. He specializes in the utilization of primary, integrative & functional medicine. Dr. Siciliano is recognized and often “called upon” by his medical peers for his advanced skills and “hands on experience” with state of the art joint, neuromuscular and skeletal protocols and techniques.

Dr. Siciliano, received his medical Board Certification in 2012 and joins us directly from the renowned Cleveland Clinic, where he served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Faculty Physician at the distinguished Functional Medicine Center.

Dr. Siciliano’s most recent clinical studies and research in continuing education include: “Mold Toxicity and Its Complications,” Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine with the American Osteopathic Association, and the Membrane and Neurolipid Research Foundation.

Dr. Siciliano is strong believer in life-long learning, education and evidence based medicine. Dr. Siciliano is passionate about the necessity to constantly research and keep pace with the ever changing advances in Modern Medicine during Modern Times. Dr. Siciliano fundamentally believes in the importance of establishing a trusting and transparent relationship with each unique patient.

Dr. Siciliano is an avid reader and writer. He also has a passion for poetry and music. When he isn’t satiating his love for literature and music, he can be found powerlifting at the gym.
